Apart from engaging youth in the Social Sector, AIESEC also gives them an opportunity to enhance their Management and Technical Skills through its Technical and Management Traineeships. As a part of this program we call Interns who work in companies as Marketing Personals, CSR Professionals, Technical Analysts, Web Developers etc. Also we organize Technical and Management Projects inside the Campus under the highly acclaimed faculty of IIT Kharagpur.
